In my studio, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, I start my paintings fast, furious, wet and loose, so I quickly capture the essence of my photographs. Hopefully, my painting subjects will evoke profound responses from viewers, since the images are most likely to emerge from my deeply held thoughts and feelings. I want my art to hold a conversation with my viewers and collectors. I use whatever media it takes to convey this message of emotions. Painting is such a personal exhibit of one’s self and it is all about emotions, emotions, emotions!
